Standard Room Reservations

  • 48-Hour Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to one night's stay.
  • No-Show: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay.
  • Early Departure: Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date may incur an early departure fee.

Suite and VIP Reservations

  • 72-Hour Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to two nights' stay.
  • No-Show: Failure to arrive will result in a charge equal to the entire booking period.
